Review: Probably the best training aid I've seen and used - I've always suffered with the take away (too quick), the overswing (way too much) and the tempo/rhythm. I can't play at the moment because of a thigh injury so I decided to get this and sort out my swing. The shaft is very soft and makes my own shafts feel like XS. However, if you don't get things right you get instant feedback and the ball goes straight right. After a few of these you start to work out what is causing the problem and, suddenly, the ball goes straight and long. I smoothed out my takeaway, stopped overswinging and worked out my tempo pretty quickly. There are great videos on You Tube so watch them and see which apply to you. Secondly, take your own 7 iron and a wedge to the range when practising. Hit 5 good shots with the G Force and then use your own 7 iron. It feels really stiff at first and you will hit 2 or 3 bad shots. However, think what you were doing with the G Force, apply it to your own 7 iron and, lo and behold, you will see long, straight shots appear. Hit 3 or 4 of these then go back to the G Force and reinforce what you have been working on. Very quickly I improved my rhythm/tempo and ball striking. I use the wedge to make sure I don't get into a rut using the 7 iron and apply the same principles with the wedge, smoothing out takeaway and rhythm. It is by far the best training club I've ever had. It's a bit like wrestling a live snake at first, the shaft is so soft but it really does work.
Review: Helps the Release - I'm not a bad iron player usually but if I have a fault I don't release the club fully. I bought this aid to help my release. To be honest I didn't find it difficult to hit, but I was conscious of making a smooth transition and then an aggressive release into and after impact with the right arm extending outwards, and clearing the left hip inwards. So it's a useful tool and after a few swings with this, my real 7 iron was flying true and straight.

**Q: Do they produce a left handed 7 iron**
A: Hi tried the search as suggested above but couldn't find the left handed club

A: yes it is the latest version, Now standard weight so transition from swing training to regular club is much better. Because the weight is the same the timing is the same, and now USGA legal, the old version was heavier and not USGA legal so much improved now, thanks

**Q: As this is a training aid if buying the 7 iron, would I absolutely need to purchase the wedge/driver to get the 'feeling' the 7 iron would teach me?**
A: The 7 iron is the best seller, because it does help you feel what you are looking for in long and short game just by swinging it various lengths and speeds..Most customers purchase the driver or wedge after they have used the 7 iron, because they are very impressed with the results and feel the other clubs will be a great addition to training their golf swing long term. Also unlike others on the market, my swing trainers are standard weight just like your regular clubs so you can transfer the feeling across to your regular clubs. Just make sure you watch all the training videos and the 3D videos I produced, so you can get a clear understanding of the golf swing mechanics :-) stuart

**Q: is this principally similar to the orange whip?**
A: Yes, or a sklz gold flex, but you can hit balls with it as it is a standard 7 iron weight with a midsize grip, the only difference is the flexible shaft so its great for training and hitting balls at the same time. You get instant feedback from the ball flight and the feeling through the shaft.

Short version….Buy an GForce Golf swing trainer today and start to improve your golf immediately you won’t regret it ! Longer version…. I'm excited since getting my GForce 7 Iron swing trainer a month ago and watching all the training videos and practising both at home and on the range, I am for the 1st time ever striking the ball well and increasingly in the direction intended. My rhythm and tempo have improved dramatically and I’m routinely hitting ball then turf, something that I have struggled with for years. I’ve been playing golf for 22yrs and got down to single digit HC some years ago without ever knowing how to really swing the club correctly.
