If you need handheld shooting,the tripod connecting base on the lens adapter may disturb you. So you can just remove the base and block the holes with the plug to stop the light leak.

- Suitable For (1) LENS: nikon F mount; (2) CAMERA: SONY NEX-7, NEX-5, NEX-3; (3)  Camcorder:  SONY NEX-VG10.
