As they have a strong frame, it is possible to balance a third box on top as long as it doesn't have the heaviest shopping, ie lots of bottles. These boxes have changed my shopping experience as it is so easy to pack shopping without constantly holding bags open and everything is protected by the strong frame.; no more upside down coleslaw or broken eggs etc. So many people have asked me where I bought them. Brilliant! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent *by G***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 May 2020* I was fed up with using re-usable bags especially when they start to fold up or collapse as you frantically try to load your groceries into them as they are flung at you at near subsonic speed in LIDL where I do most of my grocery shopping. These are much easier to load, they stay open once you have unfolded them and the base is put into place making them far easier to load. They hold loads of items and they are really sturdy but be careful not to over load them with heavy items, they are more than capable of holding heavy stuff but they are then more heavy to carry. They have nice long sturdy handles to carry them by and after use they easily fold flat for storage. I really like that the hard base is attached to the bag and folds up to make the bags easy to fold flat, this means the base can't fall out and get lost.Great product and a good choice of purchase - only criticism is that I ordered the black ones but got sent the brown ones, not a big issue really but wasn't my choice of colour.Would highly recommend them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars VERSATILE GROCERY BOXES *by A***. on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 March 2020* I bought my first set of these over a year ago and they make the checkout experience so much better. No struggling to keep bags open at the checkout and food items can be packed with more care. If it's a rainy day you can always cover the boxes until you reach the car. So many people have asked me where I bought them and, of course, no more plastic bags are being used! I bought this second set to use for recycling products. Much tidier than bags and I can just carry them to our large bins. I am sure that I will think of a third use for them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Use as boot organiser. *by P***. on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 October 2021* I use these in my car boot and unload grocery trolley into them. Thy remain sturdy and upright. Excellent quality. Shame they're not black. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/152605527-atbay-reusable-grocery-bags-heavy-duty-shopping-box-collapsible-extra](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/152605527-atbay-reusable-grocery-bags-heavy-duty-shopping-box-collapsible-extra) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
