I have used the high setting and as long as I don't physically touch my teeth with the shaft by mistake I don't mind the RPM's like some folks complained about. The massage setting for the gums is interesting but I can't say I'd use it as often as I do my other tool (see ToiletTree Products Oral Irrigators). What I don't like is that there is no customer service. The number on the box rings to an 844-toll free area code for Verizon that is no longer working and they do not answer their email. I had read that Aquapick makes the Sonicare brand and rebrands for them.So I bought Sonicare brush heads at Costco. They do not fit.This toothbrush should work for a year with the included brush heads but then you are on your own for brush heads. It would work for a couple of minutes and then slows down like battery is going dead. I keep it charge but will only work for awhile then slows down. I regret buying this product.
