I get 6 creamers every 4 weeks. Had issue with 2 deliveries - they leaked and FedEx did not deliver. Same packaging everyone so I think more of an intransit issue. The customer service was great! My products were resent very quickly. Now I'm ordering the ready to go coffee drinks on top of the creamer. The flavors are great, the products have always been terrific! P. S. You can store the creamer on your pantry shelf for months with no problems! Highly recommend especially if your on the keto diet. I've lost 35 lbs so far and these coffee products have started my day, every day since I before I got serious about keto. The CT one is not new --but very well laid out--and fancy. The one on Brentwood Blvd. looks like a ghetto. They also did NOT carry the thing I had driven there for--which was a simple coffee drink you put in the fridge before drinking it. There were many items I could not find at the STL Whole Foods. Please build a new one that is pleasant inside--and carries all of the Whole Foods items...that the one across the street from my house in CT--where I moved from.
