I had never used weight lifting gloves before but decided to try as my hands are often sweaty after doing cardio exercise first in my gym workout. These gloves made an instant noticeable difference. The increased grip which relieved the pressure placed on the hands while lifting was surprisingly obvious. I also noticed a benefit on the pull up bar, found that I could do more than previously. The wrap around wrists did seem to offer additional support as well which I had not thought about before trying these gloves. My hand is approx 22.5 cm circumference and I have included an image of my hand to show the diameter. I went a size up from the chart and got the XL which are very comfortable, the L size would probably still fit me but would guess a tight fit for me which I do not like so happy with the XL choice. Hope that helps you decide which size to get. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Happy Grannie *by C***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 October 2016* Quick delivery and I was delighted with the gloves, I have weak wrists and find it difficult to put any weight in my wrists when going to exercise classes. These gloves are great, not bulky even though they are nicely padded, they have good grip and the Velcro straps are nice and long enabling me to wrap twice to give extra wrist support. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality fit *by R***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 October 2017* Not used for weightlifting as such - just general work out with a few weights. I was recommended these by a friend because I have a problem with my wrist following a bike accident a few years back. These gloves fit snuggly and the wrist bands give me the support I need to get through my workout. They have lasted well and worth every penny. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/152914191-seeu-womens-mens-weight-lifting-gloves-with-17-5-wrist](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/152914191-seeu-womens-mens-weight-lifting-gloves-with-17-5-wrist) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-14*
