Fill up on water, crave less salts and sweets. But, bottle cracked easily *by D***S on August 9, 2019* The bottle is fantastic, it Looks exactly like the bottles sold by my gym. I have lost weight just by carrying this full jug around with me all day, so I am very happy. Explanation: It is human nature to put things in our mouth (we never totally outgrow our child-like proclivities), so why not fill with water instead of junkfood? With this one trick, you can potentially save money, lose weight, be healthier, feel sexier, enjoy getting out. So yeah, it's five stars for me- despite one glaring problem.Specifically, the bottle is extremely light weight and it is large. Carrying around anything smaller makes no sense, as it could be downed too quickly. And the light weight is important. Who wants to take the weight of water and add that onto an already heavy container? Not when you have to carry the water to get the benefit.Other things I like are the textured sides (less likely to slip) the color and translucent other side (so I can see what is in it). The only down side? That light weight bottle cracks easily. As per the picture, I jammed mine into the fridge door after owning the bottle for about 3 weeks. Shame. But, for the price, and the already-feeling-groovy weight loss, I'll order a new one.Last suggestion. Instead of drinking acidic, sweet juice concentrated and loaded with carbs, dilute some fruit juices at about 1:20 or even 1:50 like I do.
