I wish I could return it for a refund. After just a short time it "ate" my cassette tape, I tried it again on a different tape and had the same result - ate it. The spool on the left that brings the tape back through is broke. I tried the radio, and it also junk; very poor reception!! I took it outside to check for better reception, and still no good.
