(I wont know about installation till next week, but great value) OK, so we finally installed it, and it was a bit of a struggle, but I did not have to grind, cut, or anything other than try and manipulate the studs a bit so that all 6 studs would fit. (key is to make a template for the mounting bracket, and then bend the studs so they fit. (I used ratchet with socket on the nut added to the end of the stud. (we are talking micro manipulation, not truly bending the stud, only the mounting service. ) This will work for winching out of the ditch, or in the woods pulling logs, but I would spend the 500 plus if you were thinking of actually wheeling and using a winch to help you out. This is very thin steel, and will not hold if you were stuck in the rubicon, and needed to winch yourself up a big obstacle. This will work for what little I expect to have to winch, but again if you plan on using it often, purchase something that is going to become part of your frame. This unit will not support pulling that much weight with much resistance, but should hold if pulling you out of a ditch somewhere. I still give it a 5 out of 5 for the price. Lights work great. This is still 100% correct (eight M12 1.75 pitch nuts) as of December 2020. Bumper looks great and the install was fairly easy (might be good to have two people but doable with one). My Wrangler did not come stock with fog lights so I did not worry about buying the additional hardware for lights. Overall, the price is really great for what you get. The bumper seems pretty solid. There are a few places where the welds are less than ideal but not unacceptable (the picture shown is of the bolt-on hoop), this is why I gave it 4 stars. You might have to get creative with mounting a license plate if you're in a state that requires front plates. I used large washers and a nut/bolt to hold it in place in the winch plate slot. Might need to be relocated if I ever install a winch. Packaged REALLY well -- I don't see any way for it to be dented or scratched during transit with how much protection they had this thing in.
