The book itself is pretty small, not the size of an average cookbook at all.  There are no macros, no pictures, and the recipes are all grouped pretty closely together.  Typically there are 2 recipes per page, on pretty small pages.Also, the author didn't come up with a majority of the recipes, they were just pulled from other sites (the citations are in the back).  I could go to those same sites and pull the recipes for free.Don't waste your money on this one.  Sarah Kent has 2 cookbooks right now that are absolutely fabulous.  Also, Dr. Matthew Weiner just came out with one and it's another keeper.

Not written by a dietitian,  so there is a disclaimer that it is for entertainment purposes only. Poorly formatted. Nutrition data missing from most recipes, and the handful with data have it hidden into the content like it is a cooking step. The back has a list of websites that were referenced for recipes, so they don't seem original to the author.  Don't waste your money on this one.
