This was based on a comment from a trainer because my old driver had a stiff shaft and I sliced it a mile. It didn't help. I ordered this shaft and put it on my driver, learned to swing the club correctly (fixed the face and path), and my drives went from around 210 to pushing 250. I am not saying all my distance came from the shaft but it definitely seemed to help me. From what I understand (and I am not a trainer, just an average golfer) it offers low spin which did cut down on my slices. Note: I am not saying go out and buy this shaft and it will help you hit the ball further and straighter I am saying it did help me.
