It has been wonderfully. It works well, smooth action, secure locking, easy to use. It was easy to install. I just took my time and referred to the instructions frequently. the only issue i had was the fence company had added a 2X2 square metal reinforcement in the corner of my 5X5 post and I had to drill through 2 sides of it for the interconnection rod.
