Beautiful in their simplicity.  The bowls are a tad small, but they'll hold enough soup, salad or cereal for our needs that it doesn't matter.  They feel nice and sturdy, with enough curve so liquids don't spill over. I like to switch out some pieces with more colorful ones (dessert plates) on occasion and with matching or contrasting napkins my dining room is going to be beautiful.

I first saw this set of dishware in a timeshare I rented.  Loved how sturdy they are and how long my hot beverages stayed hot in the mugs.  Especially like that the mugs are bigger than 8oz.
