The DARCO PegAssist™ Insole System features a multi-indication removable-peg chassis that effectively off-loads the plantar aspect of the foot after surgery or when wounds are present.

Review: Fits my Ladies Large Brace Direct Post-Op shoes perfectly! - Unfortunately, I live on concrete floors. My Brace Direct Post Op shoes were not quite soft enough, so I added an insole which helped tremendously; however, it had the shape of a regular shoe, not a post op shoe. I bought the Darco PegAssist insole, hoping it would fit and it does, perfectly. My Brace Direct shoes are size: Ladies Large and my Darco PegAssist insoles (I just purchased a second one) are size: Medium. When I receive my second Darco insole, I will place them on top of the existing Brace Direct insoles for a fantastic cushioning effect. I normally wear a size 8 in a regular shoe and 9 1/2 in a sports shoe. Could not be happier with my purchases! I'm having problems with both feet, so because I am wearing a pair of each, I don't have to worry about a difference in height between my feet.

Great for healing. The added strip on bottom helps keep its form. Keep I covered with a sock to keep it cleaner.
