It is well constructed, sturdy, and affordable! I used it to grind about 60 square feet of paint on my laundry floor, and another 30 square feet of sludge residue from the tiles, I took it out of the half bathroom next to the laundry. It took about 3 hours, but I now have a perfectly flat surface that can be tiled.This diamond grinding disc produces dust, not a large tool that can hold dust. I tried to get wet, but I found that the area where it worked will dry out in a few seconds. I recommend using a angle dust shroud, a mask, and a seal to the area where you are working to hold the dust cloud.
