My setup arrived perfectly packaged and nothing was damaged. After I opened and inspected all most of the items worked well, however, there were a few items missing but I was able to start anyhow. I was very satisfied with the company in the beginning but when I contacted them for the missing items, they said yes "I will ship it out tomorrow" and tomorrow never came and still months later never came, I gave up and got better quality anyhow. I have since upgraded the small fans, the ones that come with the kits are poor quality and I feel unsafe as mine started to spark. Mind you, the kit I purchased was $1,200 the most expensive one and the fan started to spark. I replaced both of them, the ones which came with the grow kit originally. Needless to say, I don't think I will be buying anymore from this company, I'll spend my money somewhere else, seems customer service does count and a business can follow through to retain those customers.
