The oven worked well, but the door spring broke, so the door slammed down every time we opened it. Called the manufacturer, since it was still under their warranty, and they were a pain. Then I remembered I had also bought the Asurion protection plan. I filed the claim, got the instructions to return, got a prepaid return label, and the only thing I had to do was to take the oven to the nearest UPS store. Yes, I had to find a box the size of the oven, yes, I had to pack and take it to the UPS store to get it returned to Asurion. The next day, I had an desertcart gift card for the same amount I had originally paid for the oven. No questions asked. I used the card to get a new oven, and opted for the Asurion protection plan again. It's a no-brainer.
