If I can find a way to make it work I will.First off the item does not look nearly as nice as it does in the photo. The rock does not have the color nore does it have the same kind of texturing. The lighting sucks and is barely visible.The waterflow takes a while to get going and once it does, it's so weak it makes no sound what-so-ever.I rearranged the rocks as recommended by other people and even than the sound is barely a trickle that is noticeable when sitting right in front of it.I would not recommend any of Sara Peyton's products. The other items she sells have just as bad of reviews.In my opinion Amazon should stop selling her products all together.I was than tempted to do some work to it myself to make it work better. For example buying a better pump and installing it. But the way this is made there are no screws to take it apart and no way of disassembling it. You're stuck with this junk, and forced to return it as I did. The water isn't even a pretty site because you can barely even see it on the black plastic rock background. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Not all doom and gloom *by M***Y on Reviewed in the United States on April 22, 2012* I've seen quite a few negative reviews on multiple websites for this product and I would like to address the most commons ones:1. Poor flow: I had this issue too, however it corrected itself with my model. After filling the reservoir and adding stones, I turned it on and nothing happened except the buzz from the pump. I figured it would take a while to get it going, so I waited for about 5 minutes before a single bead of water made it out the top of the fountain and trickled down the face. Thinking that maybe it needed more time, I let it sit while that single line trickled out for another couple minutes. Then I let it keep running while I read the instructions to make sure I wasn't missing something, then I looked up on the internet to see if this was a common problem. After maybe 15 minutes of reading awful reviews and thinking "I really should just chuck this thing" all of a sudden the water started flowing out the top and covered the entire face of the fountain, operating correctly. This brings us to the second point:2. The sound of the water is too quiet/non-existent: Once the fountain actually began to flow, the water was not making any sound at all. It looked really pretty but the soothing sounds of flowing water were absent. This was fixed much quicker: you have to arrange the rocks at the bottom of the fountain such that the water hits them just right in order to make noise. Mostly this involves leaning the rocks against the face of the fountain and shifting and moving them around until the water makes a noise against them. I played with it for about 30 seconds and got a decent "flowing water" sound, which was able to drown out the sound of the pump (which is comparatively loud when the rocks are not placed properly) as well as be heard over the sound of my (quite loud) desktop computer running. I may add a video at some point to show that this can actually be accomplished.3. Poor battery life: This one I really can't explain. Many people are complaining about fresh batteries dying after 4 hours of continuous use, while I had mine running for six hours straight, turned it off over night, and have been running it again for the last 2 hours as of writing this, with no noticeable effect on the flow of water. Maybe I got lucky and had some extraordinarily efficient pump installed in mine, or my batteries are of alien design (I pulled them out of my roommate's X-box controller, so they were certainly not fresh), but I have not had this problem. I ordered a AC converter for $10 anyways, as I hate changing batteries, but so far it's been holding strong.Now there are a lot of other complaints regarding the pumps and LED lights dying after a couple months that I can't comment on, as I have only owned this for a few days, and I will amend this review once I pass that point. Normally I don't do reviews on products because others tend to be spot on, but I feel like this one is getting the short end of the stick. I also wanted to help people who bought this before they checked the reviews (like me) to get it to actually work properly. It is a bit annoying that it takes so long to make it properly functional, but I am happy with it now that I have (so far at least.)
