I like to drink a lot of hot tea and typically pour near boiling water into these cups and they're never too hot to handle. The tea also seems to stay hot for a while, but of course don't expect it to insulate nearly as well as a thermos or anything.The thin glass honestly kind of feels thin and cheap, sort of like plastic, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. It feels less prone to breaking and shattering and makes the cups lightweight. For drinking tea, I really do prefer this type of glass. Really nice and manageable to clean as well. I probably won't ever need to buy any more tea cups (hopefully).The design is.. well, as shown. No complaints.
