Enema nozzles by themselves do not deliver the water high up in your colon. 20 Inch / 50 cm long. Available in sizes 22 Fr., 24 Fr., 26 Fr., 28 Fr., 30 Fr., 32 Fr. and 34 Fr.

Review: very good quality and takes practice like all colon tubes - if this is your first: colon tube, it may take you a little while to learn how to use it. this used to be the standard tube used in hospitals and recommended by most doctors. The advantages that the tube will reach through the first two valves, if you will in the colon greatly reducing the struggle when you start the water. So instead of fighting against the water to get it to finally break through the first two barriers, you can start it and have it start to work in immediately or almost immediately. I find that I can take a lot more water using this and it's a lot easier. That said, it takes a while to learn how to work it in. You put in a lot of lubricant and very slowly advance it. Stop when you feel resistance. At that point, you should probably put in a small amount of water and stop then try again. At some point, everything will open up and you can insert it as far you probably want. I think it's worth it, but it is very different than using a nozzle, even a large one. Although you might think the largest one will work best, the smaller ones are surprisingly effective because you were avoiding all of the resistance from the initial valves in the rectum andlower colon.

A: This will fit over the nozzle which is mounted on the main tube. So, the connection is like this:  Main Enema Tube ---> Nozzle -----> This rubber colon tube. If you don't have an enema nozzle you can buy one separately available on Amazon

**Q: what is the diffference between an open and a closed end?**
A: an open end is like a common garden hose - the water comes out the hole in the end.  In the closed end, the water comes out an opening in the side of the hose, not the end.  The closed end design prevents the opening from becoming clogged with fecal matter on insertion.

### ⭐ Even the smallest one is too thick and too stiff.

Unfortunately, I ordered two of these, the middle size first andy hen the smallest and found they were both too thick and stiff for my use. It would be great if they could offer a smaller size. Perhaps a size 17? I tried a size 12 from somewhere else and they were very thin--would take a long time to do an enema. I am doing coffee enemas and these are like the ones that the Gerson Institute sells, but the ones they sell don't have an open tip lie these do and so get clogged up on me a lot. I was hoping to get an open tip on the end, but alas, these are just too thick and too stiff to work. I found them painful.
