These guys are smaller than the usual kitchen spatulas I use, but they're very strong and rigid, which is excellent for use in baking. The handles have a super-solid core feel to them (I presume there's a metal rod in there, as they've got some heft) which means you can get in amongst the heavy-duty mixing without fear of bending/breaking them. They are pretty small, but that does mean they can get into corners bigger ones can't quite work with, but bear in mind they are not full-size (take note of the dimensions listed). Good quality kitchen spatulas. However they were smaller than I thought they would be, so great for delicate baking items and ideal for my kids to bake with.
