Well, that's what electrolyte drinks pretty much are. This is meant to correct imbalances in your body not to be a treat. If you are that finicky mix it with something you like, I mix with my morning coffee and some in my water throughout the day. The easiest way to get your electrolytes is from liquid! If you are trying to stay hydrated and require electrolytes this is great.
