Everything was fine, including timely delivery and product was true to its description. However, it caused swollen and itchiness after some of the fibers fell in my eyes, and it is supposed to be hypoallergenic. It is nice to have amazing lashes, but not at the cost of my eye sights. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Applying the "gel" was easy. It was like applying regular old mascara *by S***D on Reviewed in the United States on June 13, 2016* I received this product at a discounted price for an honest review. I tried it out this morning for the first time. Applying the "gel" was easy. It was like applying regular old mascara. The brush bristles separated my eyelashes better than my usual mascara brush wand so that was a plus! The gel color was black. On the box it showed in the picture it was white!? I liked the black color of the "gel". Then came the part of applying the "fibers". So this looked like black caterpillar hairs or very short cat hairs all stuck together on the wand. I was nervous to apply this to my eyelashes because I didn't want it going into my eyes. I applied it anyway so I could do what I signed up for and give an honest review after using the product. After applying the "fibers" I had a mess for black "caterpillar" hair all under my eyes, cheeks and nose. I tried removing with a makeup brush but they didn't budge!!! So I grabbed a tissue and had to wipe them away with some pressure and wiping motion. I've gone about my day and have looked into the mirror a few time and each time I find more black "fibers" under my eyes and on my nose. Not something I want to be worrying about while wearing a product. I feel like I am shedding. I don't think I will purchase this again just because of the black fibers that fall off throughout the day onto my face. Again I do like the "gel" and brush on the wand that you apply the gel with. It hasn't smudged off at all like my normal mascara causing "raccoon eyes". Maybe they should get rid of the fiber part of this product? I am attaching pictures all three were taken in different lighting, but they are me. It looks great! It makes my lashes look longer and fuller. The only thing I don't like is in the summer my makeup melts. It doesn't matter what makeup I wear it seems to melt off my face by the end of the day. So as all my other makeup is melting I'm finding little fibers on my face. So I brush them and my eyelashes with a tissue. That seems to help get all the stray fibers off. I quite like this mascara.
