It may be that the other pair of Flax were snake and these are synthetic may be the cause. They would have been a lot more comfortable if they gave you more room in the toe area. I find myself kicking them off frequently. The patent looks really nice. The sizing though is weird, I'm always a size 5 in Nine West and the shoe itself fits perfectly snug but the back heels seem to be made long, the shoe looked like it was a half size too big even though it fit.
