You can get to the brake arch to scrub out and inspect the pads – impossible with the wheel in place – and properly scrubbing the drivetrain down is harder and takes longer with the wheel on the bike. It constantly slips out no matter how tightly you try to fasten it, I was literally not able to get it to work. For reference I've built multiple bikes/forks, etc., so I'm at least somewhat mechanically inclined, enough to expect not to have so much trouble with such a seemingly simplistic item. I partnered it with parking tool chain cleaner and got my chain sparkling in no time. This will allow you to clean your chain, rear derailleur, and crankset easily.
