It never really worked for that purpose, but has instead helped me calm down from freaking out by doing something else I can focus on.I have one downside– upon opening the package one of the three gears was loose, and it doesn't click like it should. Not long later, another one came loose. The final gear has held on strong and still clicks when you turn it.
