Comparitively, this is cheap as hell, literally exactly what you need for hydration, mixes great, and— you get to choose your own flavors lol. For instance, sometimes I add a lemonade mix. On its own in water, this product tastes subtle and warm with less bite than salt alone, a nice mineral flavor.The little jars are thick cardboard with a wedged on soft plastic lid, using a rotating top to open and close, with both shaker and pour openings. It’s a little fiddly, so if you have dexterity limitations, you may want to transfer to you own shakers.
