Not the easiest to setup. I bought this for my wife as she has shoulder and neck pain every so often. I tried it myself and was quite awkward to get it to work with a door. The next day I had upper back pain, no kidding!

uncomfortable with earrings on but great without them - fell asleep. Love the weightless feeling of your head.Need to ensure no-one will come in through the door whilst using the hammock and leave your mobile in a different room.
