When I need a quick break instead on heading to my couch or bed leaning the chair back helps a lot, the seating cushion is stiff but comfortable enough to not hurt so much after working for a while. Almost every part of the chair can be adjusted to comfort, such as the arms rest. The arm rest can be lifted up and down or in and out. The neck/ head piece can also be tilted back and forth. And again the back, which actually can stretch pretty far back and be locked down when the lever you use to adjust the height. So this chair can really be fit for anyone. Since it’s also seamless on the back and neck rest you don’t get so uncomfortable and sweaty when it gets hot. The wheels move quite smoothly and easily and it stays pretty steady. Arm rest screws stripped and fell out. Arm rests just blow in the breeze now. Extremely loud noise when you recline. No back support whatsoever now. Very sorry I blew money on this.<>This is based on initial impression for assembly and first use. I'll update if it does not hold up as expected.Packing - Very well packaged and delivered. No missing, damaged, or imperfect parts.Assembly - Typical 2 page picture driven guide with some Chinese to English translation typos. All parts present, they also give an extra fastener per step. All fasteners lined up great and it took about 15 minutes to assemble. If you have ever done DIY assembly of any furniture, this should be easy for you.Chair feels very solid to sit in (I'm 250). Seat is black fabric padded and comfortable for me. Backrest is mesh with a lumbar support that while useful, does not provide a lot of support. Recline is based on pressure and not adjustable. I'd prefer a bit more tension needed to recline, but this works OK for me and should work fine for lighter people. Arm rest in/out/up are fully adjustable. They are a little bit loose (they move laterally a bit) but this is acceptable to me given the amount of adjustments the chair has. Assembling was easy. Although one of the threaded screw holes had plastic residue on the thread and I had a hard time setting the screw in. Good thing I had a power tool to help me with the assembly.Initial impressions, are the chair is decent quality and may not be the same quality or build as Steel Case or Herman Millers, but for what you get at this price, I think it's worth the $350. The back support feels great with the adjustable back support. The seat is nice and firm. I found that softer seats tend to give me back pains. Hopefully the seat foam will not lose its firmness over time. The 4D adjustable arm rests is a must have for long periods of typing and mousing.The only gripe I have about this chair is that there is no tension adjuster for reclining, but if you want it to recline all the way to catch a quick nap, it will work.
