I've attached a picture to show the different Organic Seals for different countries. Also, the word "Bio" means organic.I had my DNA done and my report came back with several recommendations of supplements to take (either by getting them through whole foods or supplementation). Grape Seed Extract was at the top of the list of recommended supplements due to its anti-inflammatory effects, its ability to reduce oxidative damage (which helps with brain health and general health), and its ability to reduce blood pressure. I have been taking this for a couple of years and used to have it shipped to me from a friend, and now it's so much easier because it's on Amazon!I always try to buy organic and I actually prefer the EU seal over the USDA seal for Organic because of the fact that the regulations are much more strict in order to receive the seal.
