The difference with the Back to Beauty Anti-Wrinkle Head Cradle pillow is, it was designed to not just keep you on your back comfortably all night long, but keep your face from falling side to side during sleep, or anything touching it. Your face can not roll over the crescents that cradle you in place. But, if you are not a back sleeper, you will need to train yourself to become one. Even if your head is held in place with Back to Beauty, your body may still want to turn on the side. We recommend using a pillow under your knees to help keep you secured, which is also good for proper spinal alignment. But, if you are really having trouble, you can also place a pillow on each of your sides. (Think how baby positioners work to keep them from rolling over). The more you can secure your body, the easier it will be to become accustom and comfortable sleeping on your back. The "Fitted Plush” pillowcase is already covering the Back to Beauty in the package when it arrives, and the "Crisp Cotton," and "Satin Smooth" pillowcases are folded inside the package. Each package is assembled with these extra pillowcases. Each pillowcase has a zipper for easy removal and washing. You should only use one pillowcase at a time.
