I'm 5'8" 125lbs 32C with a pear shape, and the size Small fit like a normal 100% cotton unisex Size Small T-Shirt (loose at the bust/waist to semi-fitted at the hip). I returned the Medium.The fabric has a lot of stretch and is very comfortable. If you are about the same size as me, but a little bustier, I still think the size small would work for you; if you're a lot bustier, the shirt length might be a little shorter on you (it hits me right at the top of my hip). If you're taller than 5'10", the shirt length might be a little on the short side. The sleeve length surprised me as I was expecting this to be long-sleeve; it's actually somewhere between long-sleeve and 3/4 length sleeve (which is apparent to me now in the pictures of the models wearing the shirt). This annoyed me at first, but I got used to it after a few wears. I love the print.I ordered this to be used as a rash guard; however, I think it might be a little too loose of a fit to use primarily in the water. That said, I think this is perfect for active wear and water-adjacent/occasional swim use. I've worn this hiking, and it's great.
