The arch is too far forward and doesn't fit. *by G***T on Reviewed in the United States on November 13, 2014* This product is not being made any more according to an email I received from the seller. I didn't like this product for two reasons:1.) The size description for the product made it difficult to tell which size you should get if you were between a 9 and a 9.5, and made it sound very much as if there was nothing you could do if you fit into that category like I do.2.) I ordered the size 9.5-11 and received a size 11, from which they told me I would need to physically cut the product down to size so that it would fit inside my shoe.3.) When purchasing the size suggested for a 9.5 which is listed as the 9.5-11, you get a size 11 and even if you were to cut the insole down to the correct size the Arch would be way to far forward away from the heel to match up with the actual arch of your foot, making this product useless. How they ever thought a size 11 would fit a size 9.5 is beyond me.
