One way to overcome bland is eating them with other salty items, such as meat skins or meat sticks. This way they are satisfying and very enjoyable. On Friday, I can add these to a meatless breakfast bowl with 5 eggs, pepper jack cheese, cooked in bacon fat, and loaded up with these wonderful roasted soybeans, hearty and satisfying, thanks seller for a well roasted product, thses will be a staple in my diet!

Great added to all kinds of salads and other dishes. Love what one reviewer said about coarsely grinding and adding to numerous dishes. The extra protein and low sodium is a huge seller for us! I plan to experiment further with them and we are pretty excited about them. (I made roasted nuts with Dash seasoning (no salt) and added some of these as is after roasting. Perfect crunch with the nuts.

I'm a heart patient, and I was very happy to have found these dry-roasted unsalted black soybeans. They taste better than their white counterpart, contain healthy anthocyanins because of the dark skin, and they are low in saturated fat sodium. They are filling -- be sure to drink water while eating anything dried like this -- and they cut cravings before mealtimes. This is also the second Yupik item I have purchased, and both my orders were consistently fresh and otherwise good quality.
