I use them for some standard lifts, Farmers carries and the like. So far these work just fine. They can hold 50 pounds of sand without any undue stress on the handles. These seem to be very well made and stitched and are holding up to almost daily use. No regrets in purchasing these. This is my second Ludus Imperium purchase and I am not disappointed with either one.

**Q: Can this be filled with water ?**
A: No, it's not intended for water.

**Q: When filled, what are the height, length, and width dimensions?**
A: 9-10inchs in diameter tall and same as wide!!
Just don’t fill it to the top or you run the risk of ripping seems

**Q: Is it strong enough to survive being thrown 15 ft up for Strongman?**
A: I threw my 45lbs bag in the air above 15 ft and it broke after the third week. Fill it with crumb rubber or fine sand if you're going to do strongman throws, cause while the bag is made of decent material I wouldn't say it's gonna with hold a barage of throws.

**Q: How do I fill the whole thing? The portion under the zipper is tiny**
A: There is a velcro strip under the zipper. It opens to the bag section for filling.

Very recommend this product to all who love doing outdoor workouts.

Very well built. Sturdy, high quality material. It is hard to get sand in/out of the bags. Wouldn’t work well if you want to change lbs during a work out. Holds enough sand to be 75Lbs+ per bag.
