I'm glad I thought to check out Amazon and behold my brushes at a fraction of the cost from the retailer. These brushes are soft yet firm enough for a good clean face. I made the mistake of purchasing off-brand head replacements and I vow to never do that again. It is evident that the brand itself is of superior quality. It's a tad bit rough at first, but definitely loosens up yet remains firm after more usage. I tend to replace mine every month or so. Overall, great buy that I will continue to purchase as needed.
