I was hoping for a bright purple but received a darker color. The tie advertised appears bright purple and light blue. But the tie I received resembled more a plumish color with gray. Likely won't be sending it back because the tie is still nice, just the color was a disappointment because I needed it to be the same color as the larger pic. I would likely buy from this seller again to buy a lot of ties for gifts, but only if I didn't need color/shade specific ties. I don't believe this was deception on the part of the seller, even my own pic didn't show the exact color of the tie. I would say go by the color of the smaller pics because they seem a bit more accurate to me.
