It says that the product is waterproof, but there are open power terminals. One review stated all hardware to mount is included. You are so limited with what is provided. Diagrams do not show a variety of mounts, yet this is offered for boats, ATV, jeeps, etc. There is no phone number for support ONLY EMAIL. This is a potentially dangerous product and there should be much more detail in making sure the customer buys all the parts that are necessary as well as fully understands how to install. Saying it is waterproof and it is not, just made me drop them to 2 stars. I will update this review once I get it installed. I contacted seller send pictures and asked for the nylon rope to be replaced. I would of just returned it but I already installed the wench. I had to spend another $100.00 on a new nylon rope.
