Personally I prefer the added fat, but am good with any option. Somewhere in the description they use the term vegetarian on the Traditional, so just be mindful of this. A: Depends on your microwave wattage. I have an 1000 watt microwave. I cook 1 minute 30 seconds, stir, and cook another 1 minute 30 seconds. It's precooked, so just heat until hot.
