I use this on my face but, grape seed oil has many medicinal uses. For e.g, grape seed oil has powerful antioxidants. Antioxidants inhibit the production of free-radicals, which are created during an oxidation process initiated by ultraviolet radiation. Also, free-radicals negatively impact on the ability of natural body lipids to maintain proper moisture levels.I use this oil in my hair - it's very light weight as compared to coconut oil. I use this on my face - just a few drops at night after washing. It absorbs quickly. Grape seed oil is 20x more powerful than vitamin C. If you look for topical vitamin C serums, you'll notice they cost a fortune. This carrier oil is good for diminishing the appearance of age spots and works wonders on eczema. Here's a list... arthritis, edema, dermatitis, acne, wrinkles, dry and itchy skin, age spots, sun burns, chapped lips, wounds, bruising, stretch marks, varicose veins, hemorrhoids, chronic venous insufficiency, premature aging, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), weight loss, stress, dandruff, hair loss, warts, cardiovascular diseases especially atherosclerosis, hypertension, high cholesterol levels, diabetes, visual impairment, cataract, and macular degeneration.
