I’ve used vanilla bean paste in lots of things for years and this is DISGUSTING! It smells horrific. My wife came over to ask what I was smelling and told me to keep making the whipped cream and that we should just hope it doesn’t taste like formaldehyde. Unfortunately I finished it and we tasted it. It was very mild but had a bad aftertaste. I have no idea what this is, but there’s no way this is legitimate vanilla bean paste.
