I was excited to get this tote for my friends birthday but the quality was so awful I wasn't able to give it to her. The yarn on the handles was not covering the handles well so there were gaps in many places and you could see the plastic underneath it. The size also looks much larger online. This tote was a huge disappointment and I wouldn’t buy it again.

I like the bag but it was not like I thought it would be. It only had one inside pocket it said it would have two. The {B] was not as black has it should have been some white was showing through. It came in a bag and it was tore, lucky the tote bag was not dirty. I wanted to send it back but I did not want to pay to send it back.

The initial was Coming off as I got It out of the package .... I bought 2  Similar bags: this one and another one costumed with my name on it, which I had to wait longer for, but after the initial already coming off.. it was worth waiting for the other One  a couple of days longer.
