I found myself always trying to hold my ipad mini from the back and it wasn't very stable. This has fixed that problem! There is one weird thing to be aware of -- it comes with the magnetic cover, if you are like me and don't want a cover (which gets in the way of holding it!) there will be a small gap between the case and the ipad on the left side. It doesn't appear to impact the case stability. ### ⭐⭐⭐ iPad case *by D***A on September 29, 2016* This case gets the job done. I use it while teaching in my classroom. The hand strap is nice when I am walking around because I can hold the iPad firmly in my hand and focus on lecturing or working with my students. My only complaint is that the flip cover doesn't sit flat on the screen when closed and is in the way when open. Although you can take the cover off, you have to take off the entire case and then snap it back on.
