Comparing it to the Violife, it is a little smaller, but still feels very comfortable in my hand, as it has a nice weight to it. Everything else is comparable to the Violife - where the bateries are inserted, how you operate it (a push button) and how you change out the heads. This came with two extra heads and batteries were included. The one difference is the head size. Violife's is bigger and this one is more compact. I like this smaller head. I have a small mouth and this one fits on each tooth better for me. I just prefer it over the larger head on the Violife. I've only been using it for a few weeks, but I really like it and will reorder it again.
