If however you plan to use it in all the ways you could the original this may not be the product for you. The original Samsung One Remote will control any device that is connected to the television and has an IR sensor as stated on their website "Whether it's a game console or a Blu-ray player, the Samsung One Remote gives you control with a click. Once the TV recognizes your device, you can go from streaming to gaming to more without needing to rely on a collection of remotes.", this replacement however does not support IR so you will not be able to control your cable/satellite box, game system, home theater system, etc. This is the reason for my lower rating, as there is no warning to inform the buyer of this in my opinion significant difference. ### ⭐⭐⭐ It works, but it disconnects often *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on February 13, 2020* We got this remote as a replacement for one we spilled coffee on.
