I use my mug a lot and it still insulates well. The handle also makes it easy to hold. One thing though, I only wash it by hand. The one problem I had as well as someone else mentioned In the reviews is the rubber. The rubber in the lid came off and was not the easiest to put back on but it did eventually go back on. This mug will not work without the rubber,every time I turned the mug upside down the liquid would come out.
