With 2 carabiners (1 to join the rings on the belt and the other to attach to the belt squat )I can get this belt to rest on my glutes/ hips and get into the correct squat position without the binding that I had with the Rogue belt. For those who read reviews about dye running... go with the yellow and you won't have this issue. Plus it's High Viz and you can't use the excuse that you couldn't find it to skip leg day.

replaced my belt for a Rogue Rhino belt squat and very glad that I did that. The factory supplied belt is too tall and padded. This belt is way more comfortable than the one that came with my machine. It’s heavy duty and feels built to last. I’m 5'10 and on the larger side, and it fits me perfectly with no digging or marks after use. Definitely worth getting.
