Review: High quality - This thing is a monster. It is so large I can’t store it in kitchen due to height. This is fine I don’t plan to use this daily, but if I were to buy again I would get a smaller one. I don’t even need the capacity. It was on sale, now I know why. Does not take away from the high quality build, just my own fault.
Review: Well made China Cap - If you are looking for a china cap this one is nice and strong. Was great in straining my stock.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well made China Cap

If you are looking for a china cap this one is nice and strong. Was great in straining my stock.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Larger than I anticipated but works great
*by K***L on February 22, 2020*

The unit is a full restaurant sized colander. I expected a slightly smaller unit for home use. The one weakness is slight - the looped sheet metal handle flexes more than I'd like. They should roll a bead along the length of the handle to stiffen it is bit more. All-in-all it works great, it's easy to clean. Storage with any conical colander will be a challenge.
