The padding and manufacturing was nice, but inconsisent. Two knee pads of the same size fit differently, one of them squeezing my knee cap uncomfortably. I tried the two on the same knee, so I'm not just deformed :)If I had used this product in wrestling practice, I expect that it would have done more harm than good.The fact that the same kneepads felt so different points to shoddy quality control. If they are designed to fit a person's anatomy, even if it is a generalized anatomical feature, like a knee cap, they should all be manufactured the same.I am sure somebody has gotten some that work great. They fit pretty well but sometimes slide down but that's a bit expected. I got the medium size and I have skinny legs. When they're sweaty they are a little hard to get off but it's hard to find that happy medium of staying put but also easy to take off.It's been about a month and I've washed them in the washer and air dried them after every use and they have held together fine so far. Time will tell if they last.Edit: It's been about 7 months and they are still holding up great.
