This has been going on for 10 years. Words cannot describe how severe the pain is. Normally you simply get out of bed, take a few steps and the cramps let up. NOT THESE! It would take soaking in a tub of hot water at least 3 minutes, but I would stay in the tub for at least 15 minutes. I stumbled across liquid magnesium, and man was I ever thankful. Two good size swallows and the cramps would be gone in one to three minutes, and usually would not come back for the rest of the night. Then I began taking B15, two a day at breakfast. In one week my muscle problems were 75% gone. After two weeks 90% gone. I believe they're going to !00% gone by the end of February. B15 is a miracle in my life.
